The goal was to build a user-friendly website for people looking to hire professional bagpipers for various events such as weddings, funerals and corporate events across Ireland and the UK. We established a cohesive brand identity and developed a user-friendly website that effectively showcases their services.

Problems at a splash

Their old website was difficult for users to navigate resulting in low user interaction. According to a short user survey we did, users found it difficult to get in contact and book bagpipers in their area. One user quoting ‘there was no action to be made’. The website had a low google ranking so only those who knew the url were able to locate the site.
The new website established a stronger online presence and fixed these issues by providing a central, professional platform where potential clients can quickly understand what’s offered, view service details, and make inquiries with ease. The refreshed branding created a memorable and trustworthy image, while the clear layout, mobile-friendly design, and booking features made it easier for users to engage. This not only improved discoverability through search engines but also gave the business a credible, polished look that builds client confidence and increases bookings.
